Wisconsin is one of the states in the United States that can offer travelers a unique experience every time they are willing to go on a road trip and enjoy the beauty of the wilderness. Muscoda is one of the small villages built on the Wisconsin Rivers and which is known to exist since the 18th century. Until 1840, the village was known as the English Prairie. It is nowadays said that the name Muscoda means the Prairie of Flowers and it hosts unique festivals and events such as carnival rides, tractors pulls and so on. Orion is another small town which has kept its integrity and uniqueness along the time. Its population was estimated at around 600 individuals in 2000 and it is located on the other side of the Wisconsin River, on its northern side.
